Not only do we offer meditation and mindfulness, we also offer moon circles, ceremonies to help regulate your month with the cycle of the moon, letting go of things that no longer serve you with the full moon, and setting new intentions on the new moon.

Our exclusive RESET circles in the form of day retreats, and also mini sessions, also allow you to experience a whole life RESET, with a group of like minded people, to help let go of worries and negative energies and replace them with new intentions and things that you want to manifest into your life. An insight into what is included is as follows, a cleansing ritual, tension release, light movement and shaking, using the elements such as fire and water to refresh and renew, followed by an intention setting and affirmation session. These sessions are totally unique and suitable for anyone that wants a good RESET.

Reiki

Our Reiki sessions offer a holistic healing experience tailored to dive deeper into unlocked trauma within the body, and restoring harmony within you. We combine ancient Usui method Reiki techniques with ceremonial sage and palo santo cleansing rituals, supplemented by strategically placed healing crystals to amplify energy flow.

During the sessions, we channel life force energy to release blockages and promote relaxation, calm, emotional balance and natural healing.

These are available online with distant Reiki, or in person, with longer sessions available should you desire the coaching to delve deeper into hidden traumas.
